أ - ضَيَاعُ الْمَال بَعْدَ وُجُوبِ الزَّكَاةِ: ٤ - مَنْ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ الزَّكَاةُ فَلَمْ يُخْرِجْهَا حَتَّى ضَاعَ الْمَال فَعِنْدَ جُمْهُورِ الْفُقَهَاءِ إِنْ كَانَ ضَيَاعُهُ بِتَفْرِيطِهِ أَوْ فَرَّطَ فِي الإِْخْرَاجِ بَعْدَ التَّمَكُّنِ وَجَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ الزَّكَاةُ، وَلِلتَّفْصِيل يُنْظَرُ: (زَكَاة ف ١٣٩) .
