ج - جَوَازُ صَرْفِ الزَّكَاةِ لِمَنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَائِبٌ إِلَى مَرْحَلَتَيْنِ ٦ - صَرَّحَ الشَّافِعِيَّةُ بِأَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ صَرْفُ الزَّكَاةِ لِمَنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَائِبٌ بِمَسَافَةِ مَرْحَلَتَيْنِ، وَلَهُ أَخْذُهَا حَتَّى يَصِل إِلَى مَالِهِ، لأَِنَّهُ قَبْل ذَلِكَ مُعْسِرٌ (١) . (ر: فَقِيرٌ ف ٤) .
