قاذف الممسوح بالزنا يُحَدُّ حدَّ القذف
يُحَدُّThe texts
قَذْفُ الْمَمْسُوحِ بِالزِّنَا ١١ - اخْتَلَفَ الْفُقَهَاءُ فِي حَدِّ قَاذِفِ الْمَمْسُوحِ بِالزِّنَا. فَذَهَبَ الْجُمْهُورُ إِلَى أَنَّهُ لاَ يُحَدُّ حَدَّ الْقَذْفِ، وَذَهَبَ الْحَنَابِلَةُ إِلَى أَنَّهُ يُحَدُّ. وَلِلتَّفْصِيل (ر: قَذْفٌ ف ٤٧) . مُمَوَّهٌ انْظُرْ: آنِيَّةٌ. مُمَيِّزٌ انْظُرْ: تَمْيِيزٌ.
