إِقَامَةُ الْحَدِّ وَالتَّعْزِيرِ عَلَى الأُْمِّ: ١٠ - لاَ يُقَامُ حَدُّ السَّرِقَةِ عَلَى الأُْمِّ إِذَا سَرَقَتْ مِنْ مَال وَلَدِهَا (٢) . وَلاَ تُحَدُّ حَدَّ الْقَذْفِ أَيْضًا إِذَا قَذَفَتْ وَلَدَهَا، وَخِلاَفُ الرَّاجِحِ عِنْدَ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ تُحَدُّ (٣) ، وَكَذَا لاَ يُعَزَّرُ الْوَالِدَانِ لِحُقُوقِ الأَْوْلاَدِ (٤) .
