١٤ - وَأَمَّا بِالنِّسْبَةِ لِبَيْعِ الْمُسْتَرْسِل فَمِنْ صُوَرِهِ: أَنْ يَقُول الرَّجُل لِلرَّجُل: بِعْنِي كَمَا تَبِيعُ النَّاسَ، فَهَذَا الْبَيْعُ صَحِيحٌ عِنْدَ الْمَالِكِيَّةِ، وَلَكِنْ إِنْ غَبَنَهُ بِمَا يَخْرُجُ عَنِ الْعَادَةِ فَلَهُ الْخِيَارُ.
