الْحُكْمُ التَّكْلِيفِيُّ لِلتَّسْعِيرِ: ٥ - اتَّفَقَ فُقَهَاءُ الْمَذَاهِبِ الأَْرْبَعَةِ عَلَى أَنَّ الأَْصْل فِي التَّسْعِيرِ هُوَ الْحُرْمَةُ (٢) . أَمَّا جَوَازُ التَّسْعِيرِ فَمُقَيَّدٌ عِنْدَهُمْ بِشُرُوطٍ مُعَيَّنَةٍ يَأْتِي بَيَانُهَا.
