" فَإِنْ بَيَّنَ بِثَوْبٍ قِيمَتُهُ أَلْفٌ فَالْبَيَانُ لَغْوٌ وَيَبْطُلُ الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ لِأَنَّهُ بَيَّنَ مَا أراده به فكأنه تلفظ به " وصح " الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ " مِنْ مُعَيَّنٍ " كَغَيْرِهِ " كَهَذِهِ الدَّارِ لَهُ إلَّا هَذَا الْبَيْتَ أَوْ هَؤُلَاءِ الْعَبِيدُ لَهُ إلَّا وَاحِدًا وَحَلَفَ فِي بَيَانِهِ
