" وَيَجِبُ " كَمَا عَبَّرَ بِهِ فِي الْأَذْكَارِ وَغَيْرِهِ " ذِكْرُ عُيُوبِ مَنْ أُرِيدَ اجْتِمَاعٌ عَلَيْهِ " لِمُنَاكَحَةٍ أَوْ نَحْوِهَا كَمُعَامَلَةٍ وَأَخْذِ عِلْمٍ " لِمُرِيدِهِ " لِيَحْذَرَ بَذْلًا لِلنَّصِيحَةِ سَوَاءٌ اُسْتُشِيرَ الذَّاكِرُ فِيهِ أَمْ لَا فَتَعْبِيرِي بِمَا ذُكِرَ أَوْلَى وَأَعَمُّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ وَمَنْ اُسْتُشِيرَ فِي خَاطِبٍ ذَكَرَ مَسَاوِيهِ بِصِدْقٍ
