(وَأُفْرِدَتْ) ابْنُ يُونُسَ: إذَا اشْتَرَى الْأَصْلَ وَالثَّمَرَ مَعًا وَهُوَ مُزْهٍ أَوْ غَيْرُ مُزْهٍ، تَبَعٌ أَوْ غَيْرُ تَبَعٍ، فَلَا جَائِحَةَ فِي الثَّمَرَةِ (أَوْ أُلْحِقَ الْأَصْلُ) ابْنُ يُونُسَ: إنْ اشْتَرَى ثَمَرًا بَعْدَ زَهْوِهِ ثُمَّ اشْتَرَى الْأَصْلَ فَفِيهَا الْجَائِحَةُ

فَقَالَ: (وَ) إنْ (أُفْرِدَتْ) بِضَمِّ الْهَمْزِ وَكَسْرِ الرَّاءِ الثِّمَارُ بِالشِّرَاءِ دُونَ أَصْلِهَا (أَوْ) اُشْتُرِيَتْ وَحْدَهَا بَعْدَ بُدُوِّ صَلَاحِهَا كَمَا فِي ابْنِ الْحَاجِبِ ثُمَّ (أُلْحِقَ) بِضَمِّ الْهَمْزِ وَكَسْرِ الْحَاءِ أَيْ اشْتَرَى (أَصْلُهَا) .
