وَلِعُذْرٍ أَوْ شُغْلٍ يُبِيحُ تَرْكَ جُمُعَةٍ وَجَمَاعَةٍ،

(وَ) الْحَالَةُ السَّابِعَةُ: (لِعُذْرٍ) يُبِيحُ تَرْكَ جُمُعَةٍ وَجَمَاعَةٍ، كَخَوْفِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَوْ مَالِهِ أَوْ حُرْمَتِهِ وَالْحَالَةُ الثَّامِنَةُ: ذَكَرَهَا بِقَوْلِهِ: (أَوْ شُغْلٍ يُبِيحُ تَرْكَ جُمُعَةٍ وَجَمَاعَةٍ) ؛ كَمَنْ يَخَافُ بِتَرْكِهِ ضَرَرًا بِمَعِيشَةٍ يَحْتَاجُهَا.
