(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَلَوْ) كَانَ وَصِيُّهُ (مُمَيِّزًا) ، لِصِحَّةِ الْعِبَادَةِ مِنْهُ لِنَفْسِهِ، فَصَحَّ أَنْ يَتَوَلَّى غُسْلَ غَيْرِهِ، لِاعْتِبَارِ نِيَّتِهِ، وَقَوْلُهُمْ: يُكْرَهُ الْغُسْلُ مِنْ مُمَيِّزٍ؛ مَحَلُّهُ: إذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ وَصِيًّا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
