(وَإِنْ خَرَجَ بَعْضُهُ) ، أَيْ: الْحَمْلِ (حَيًّا؛ شُقَّ) بَطْنُهَا (لِ) خُرُوجِ (بَاقٍ) ، لِتَيَقُّنِ حَيَاتِهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ كَانَتْ مَوْهُومَةً، (فَلَوْ مَاتَ) الْحَمْلُ (قَبْلَهُ) ، أَيْ: شَقِّ بَطْنِهَا (أُخْرِجَ) لِيُغَسَّلَ وَيُكَفَّنَ، وَلَا يُشَقُّ بَطْنُهَا،
