(ويباح اتخاذ المحراب، نصًا) وقيل: يستحب، أومأ إليه أحمد ، واختاره الآجري، وابن عقيل، ليستدل به الجاهل. لكن قال الحسن: "الطاق في المسجد أحدثه الناسُ" وكان أحمد يكره كل محدث .
