(ولا بأس به) أي التنفل (إذا خرج) من المصلى. - نص عليه - في منزله أو غيره، لما روى حرب عن ابن مسعود:"أنه كان يصلِّي يومَ العيدِ إذا رجعَ إلى منزلِه أربعَ ركعاتٍ (١) . واحتج به إسحاق. (أو فارقه) أي المصلى (ثم عاد إليه) فلا يكره تنفله (نصًّا) وقضاء الفائتة أولى لوجوبه.
