(وإن مات بعد تعيينها) أي: الأُضحية، أو الهَدي (لم يجز بيعها في دَيْنِهِ، ولو لم يكن له وفاءٌ إلا منها) لتعلق حقّ الله بها، وتعين ذبحها، وكما لو كان حيًّا
