(وسواء فيما ذكرنا ما) إذا مات أحدهما أو جُنَّ (بعد الإذن في القبض، وما) إذا حصل ذلك (قبله) أي: قبل الإذن في القبض (لأن الإذن يبطل بالموت والجنون والإغماء والحَجْر) لأنه وكالة.
