(وإن قال) : خُذْه مضاربةً؛ ولك (ثلث الربح وربع ما بقي. فله النصف) لأن مخرج الثلث وربع الباقي من ستة، وثلثها اثنان، وربع الباقي واحد، والثلاثة نصف الستة.
