(ويصح) الاستئجار (لإلقاء) الميتة (و) لـ (ـإراقة) الخمر؛ لأن ذلك مما تدعو الحاجة إليه، ولا تندفع بدون إباحة الإجارة له (ولا يُكره أكل أجرة ذلك) أي: الإلقاء والإراقة.
