(لكن إن انكسر) الخاتم (لغلظها) أي: البنصر، ضَمِن؛ لأنه أتلفه بما لم يأذن فيه مالكه (أو جعله) أي: الخاتم (في أنملتها) أي: البنصر (العليا، ضَمِن) لأنه أدنى من المأمور به.
