(فلو كان العبد) الموصَى به لكافر (كافرًا، ثم أسلم) العبد (قبل موت الموصي، أو بعده) أي: بعد موت الموصي (قبل القَبول، بطلت) الوصية؛ لأنه يمنع من تعاطي ملكه.
