(ولزوجة فأكثرَ: الثُّمن، إن كان له ولد) ذكر، أو أنثى، واحد أو متعدِّد، منها أو من غيرها (أو ولد ابن) وإن سَفل (والربع مع عدمهما) إجماعًا ؛ لقوله تعالى:{وَلَكُمْ نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ أَزْوَاجُكُمْ} الآية.
