شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيُقْبَلُ قَوْلُ قَابِضِ) السَّلَمِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ (جُزَافًا فِي قَدْرِهِ) أَيْ الْمَقْبُوضِ بِيَمِينِهِ ; لِأَنَّهُ يُنْكِرُ الزَّائِدَ وَالْأَصْلُ عَدَمُهُ
