(وَيَحْرُمُ) عَلَى وَلِيٍّ رَهْنُ مَالِ يَتِيمٍ لِفَاسِقٍ (وَلَا يَصِحُّ رَهْنُ مَالِ يَتِيمٍ لِفَاسِقٍ) ; لِأَنَّهُ تَعْرِيضٌ بِهِ لِلْهَلَاكِ ; لِأَنَّهُ قَدْ يَجْحَدُ الْفَاسِقُ أَوْ يُفَرِّطُ فِيهِ فَيَضِيعُ
