شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمِثْلُهُ) أَيْ: الْيَتِيمِ (مُكَاتَبٌ) وَسَفِيهٌ وَصَغِيرٌ وَمَجْنُونٌ (وَ) قِنٌّ (مَأْذُونٌ لَهُ) فِي تِجَارَةٍ لِاشْتِرَاطِ الْمَصْلَحَةِ فِي ذَلِكَ التَّصَرُّفِ
