(وَإِلَّا) يَكُنْ لَهُ عُذْرٌ حِينَ دَفَعَهَا إلَى الْأَجْنَبِيِّ (ضَمِنَ) لِتَعَدِّيهِ ; لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يُودِعَ بِلَا عُذْرٍ
