شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَهُ) أَيْ لِلْمُكَاتَبِ (كَسْبُهُمْ) أَيْ مَنْ صَارَ إلَيْهِ مِنْ ذَوِي رَحِمِهِ الْمَحْرَمِ لِأَنَّهُمْ عَبِيدُهُ أَشْبَهُوا الْأَجَانِبَ
