(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنَّهُ لَا يَصِحُّ بَيْعُ مَا نُقِلَ لِغَيْرِ بَلَدٍ مَأْذُونٍ فِي بَيْعِهِ بِهِ - (وَلَوْ حَمَلَهُ الْوَكِيلُ) إلَى ذَلِكَ الْبَلَدِ (بِنَفْسِهِ) - لِلْمُخَالَفَةِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
