(وَ) مَنْ قَالَ لِوَكِيلِهِ عَنْ شَيْءٍ (اشْتَرِهِ بِكَذَا، فَاشْتَرَاهُ) الْوَكِيلُ (بِهِ) - أَيْ: بِالثَّمَنِ الَّذِي قَدَّرَهُ لَهُ مُوَكِّلُهُ - (مُؤَجَّلًا) صَحَّ؛ لِأَنَّهُ زَادَهُ خَيْرًا وَلَوْ تَضَرَّرَ، مَا لَمْ يَنْهَهُ
