(ويرجع) أي: يرد المقبوض إذن (إن كان باقيًا، وإلا) بأن لم يكن باقيًا (فقيمته) إن كان متقوَّمًا، أو مثله إِن كان مثليًا، كصُبرة من نحو حبوب.
