(لكن ينبغي) للمَدين (أن يَذكر) للمؤجر والمُعير (المُرْتَهَنَ والقَدْرَ الذي يرهنه به وجنسه) أي: جنس القَدْر الذي يرهنه به (و) أن يذكر لهما (مدةَ الرهن) لئلا يغرّهما.
