(ومتى شَرَط) الراهن (شيئًا من ذلك) المذكور، وهو المُرْتَهَن، وقَدْر الدين، وجنسه، ومدة الرهن (فخالف ورَهَنه بغيره، لم يصح الرهن) لأنه لم يؤذن له فيه، أشبه ما لو لم يؤذن له في أصل، الرهن.
