كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وكل أمين يُقبل قوله في الرد) كالوديع، والوكيل، والوصي بغير جعل (فطُلِب منه) الرد (فليس له تأخيره) أي: الرد (حتى يشهد عليه) لعدم الحاجة إلى ذلك (ولو قلنا: يحلِف) إذ لا ضرر في الحلف صادقًا.
