(وكذا مستعير ونحوه) ممن لا يُقبل قوله في الرد، كمُرتَهِن، ووكيل بجُعْل (لا حجة) أي: بيِّنة (عليه) إذا طُلب منه الرد، ليس له تأخيره حتى يشهِدَ؛ لتمكنه من الإجابة، بنحو: لا حق له قِبَلي.
