(وإن شرط) ربُّ المال (لأحدهما) أي: أحد العاملين (ثلث الربح، و) شرط (للآخر ربعه) أي: الربح (والباقي له) أي: لربِّ المال (جاز) ذلك، وكان الربح على ما شرطوا؛ لأن الحق لا يعدوهم، فجاز ما تراضوا عليه.
