(هو عيب، فله الفسخ، وإلا؛ فلا) فسخ له، ويكفي فيه اثنان منهم، على قياس ما يأتي في الشهادات. (وهذا) أي: ما ذكر من الفسخ (إذا كان العقد على عينها) أي: عين المعيبة
