(فإذا انقضت) الإجارة (باعها) أي: البهائم (الحاكمُ ووفَّى المنفِقَ) -من مستأجر أو غيره- ما أنفقه؛ لأن فيه تخليصًا لذِمَّة الجمَّال، وإيفاء لحق صاحب النفقة (وحَفِظ باقي ثمنها لصاحبها) لأن الحاكم يلزمه حفظ مال الغائب.
