(ولا يمنع) زوجها، أو سيدها (وطأها) لأنها ليست حائضًا (إن خاف العنت) منه أو منها وإلا منع منه، كالمستحاضة، ولم يذكر هذا القيد صاحب "الفروع" و"الإنصاف" و"المبدع" والمنتهى" وشرحه، ولا غيرهم ممن وقفت على كلامه، إلا أن تراه قبل الولادة بيومين، أو ثلاثة فهو نفاس. ويأتي.
