(وتغتسل) الحامل إذا رأت دمًا زمن حملها (عند انقطاعه استحبابًا، نصًا) احتياطًا وخروجًا من الخلاف. والمراد ما ذكره صاحب "الفروع": أن الإمام نص على أنها تغتسل، وحمله القاضي على الاستحباب، وكان الأولى: أن يقدم "نصًا" على قوله "استحبابًا".
