(فإن لم يسبق) ملك (أحدهما، كشراء الاثنين دارًا صفقةً واحدة، فلا شُفعة لأحدهما على صاحبه) لأنه لا مزيَّة لأحدهما على الآخر؛ لاستوائهما في البيع في زمنٍ واحد.
