(فإن لم يُحرِزها) الوديع (في حِرْز مِثْلها) مع عدم التعيين، ضَمِنها؛ لأنه مُفرِّط (أو سعى) الوديع (بها إلى ظالم، أو دَلَّ) الوديع (عليها لصًّا، فأخذها) اللصُّ (ضمنها) الوديع؛ لتعديه، أو تفريطه.
