(وإن تَرَكَها) أي: ترك الوديع الوديعة في الحِرْز الذي عَيَّنه رَبُّها مع غشيان ما الغالب منه الهلاك (فتَلِفت، ضمنـ) ها الوديع (سواء تلفت بالأمر المخوف، أو غيره) لأنه مُفرِّط به.
