(ويمهل) المستودَع، إذا طلب منه الرد (لأكل وشرب، ونوم، وهضم طعام، ومطر كثير، ونحوه) كطهارة، وصلاة (بقَدْره) أي: بقدر ذلك، فلا يضمنها إن تلفت زمن عُذره؛ لعدم عدوانه.
