(ولو مثَّل) سيد (بعبد مشترك) بينه وبين غيره (سرى العتق) من نصيب الممثِّل (إلى باقيه بشرطه) وهو أن يكون الممثل موسرًا بقيمة باقيه فاضلة كفطرة (وضمن) الممثل (للشريك) قيمة حصته يوم عتقه (ذكره ابن عقيل) قياسًا على ما لو أعتق نصيبه بالقول.
