(إلا أنه إذا عَلَّق) السيد (عتقه على أداء مال معلوم) كقوله: إن أعطيتني ألفًا فأنت حُرٌّ (فما أخذه السيد) من كسب العبد (حسب (١) من المال) الذي علق عتقه على إعطائه.
