(ولو تزوَّجت رجلًا مُطْلقًا) أي: من غير شرط حرية أو عدمها (فبان عبدًا، فلها الخيار) لما سبق (فكذلك في الاستدامة) فإذا عتق العبد، وتحته أمة لا خيار له،
