(وإن حبسته) أي: الزوج (على صَدَاقها أو غيره من حقوقها وهو معسِرٌ، كانت ظالمة له، مانعة له من التمكين منها، فلا نفقة لها مدة حَبْسه) لأن المانع من جهتها.
