(وكذا لو قتلت الضربةُ الأمَّ وجنينَها بعدما استهلَّ) لوقتٍ يعيش لمثله، ففيهما ديتها ودية الجنين (لم يزد في كل حول على ثلث دية) كاملة؛ لأنهما كالنفس الواحدة.
