(وإن قَتَل اثنين) ولو بجناية واحدة، فديتهما في ثلاث سنين؛ لأن كلَّ واحدٍ له دية، فيستحقّ ثلثها، كما لو انفرد حقّه (أو أذهب سمعَه وبصرَه بجنايتين، فديتُهما) أي: السمع والبصر (في ثلاث سنين) فيؤخذ (من كل دِية ثُلثٌ (١) ) لأنهما من جنايتين؛ أشبه ما لو انفرد كلٌّ منهما.
