(وإن رد كلبُ المجوسيِّ الصيدَ على كلب المسلم، فقتله) كلبُ المسلم (حَلَّ) الصيدُ؛ لأن جارح المسلم انفرد بقتله، فأُبيح، كما لو رمى المجوسي سهمَه فردَّ الصيدَ، فأصابه سهمُ المسلم فقتله، أو أمسك المجوسيُّ شاةً فذبحها مسلم.
