(ولو سَمَّى على سهمٍ، ثم ألقاه ورمى بغيره بتلك التسمية؛ لم يُبح) لأنه لما لم يمكن اعتبار التسمية على صيد بعينه، اعتُبرت على الآلة التي يصيد بها، بخلاف الذبيحة.
